I love all you can eat sushi.
As vegetarians, we typically opt for lunch, since dinner menu prices are more expensive due to the inclusion of sashimi and other meats, such as steak or higher-priced seafood.
But working full-time makes it hard to get there for lunch, so we decided to try something out.
We purchased a-la-carte sushi from Spring Sushi in Hamilton and based our budget around what is typically spent for AYCE lunch.
That way, we could determine if the value remained constant between dine-in and take-out, and it was!
For about the same price as two adults and a child to eat lunch, we were stuffed full of our favorites.
We tried the yam tempura roll, asparagus roll, an avocado roll that had a veggie spring roll inside, cucumber roll and some fried items.
The fried vegetable udon portion was hefty, and came with a delicious miso soup on the side.
Their house salad was great, and all portions were significant and fair-priced.
Honestly, I can’t wait to do sushi night again soon.
